目的 :探讨骨疏康冲剂防治大鼠骨质疏松症的作用机制。方法 :选用 3~ 4月龄Wistar大鼠 30只 ,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、骨疏康组。给模型组和骨疏康组灌服维甲酸 ( 70mg·kg- 1·d- 1) 2周 ,同时骨疏康组灌服骨疏康冲剂 ( 8g·kg- 1·d- 1)。实验第 4周末处死大鼠 ,测血Ca、P、ALP、BGP、TRAP、尿Ca/Cr、HOP/Cr等生化指标。结果 :模型组与正常对照组比较 ,血TRAP、尿Ca/Cr、尿HOP/Cr升高 (P <0 0 5)。骨疏康组与模型组比较 ,血TRAP、尿Ca/Cr、尿HOP/Cr降低 (P <0 0 5) ,血ALP、BGP升高 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :骨疏康冲剂防治骨质疏松症的作用机制考虑与抑制骨吸收 ,促进骨形成有关。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Gushukang Granule in preventing and treating osteoporosis in rats. Methods: Thirty Wistar rats aged 3 to 4 months were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and Gushikang group. The retinoic acid (70mg·kg-1 ·d-1) was fed to the model group and the Gushukang group for two weeks, while the Gushukang group was given gout (8g·kg-1 ·d-1). At the end of the fourth week of experiment, rats were sacrificed, and blood, blood, Ca, P, ALP, BGP, TRAP, urine Ca/Cr, HOP/Cr and other biochemical indexes were measured. Results: Blood TRAP, urinary Ca/Cr, and urinary HOP/Cr were increased in the model group compared with the normal control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the model group, blood TRA, urinary Ca/Cr, urinary HOP/Cr decreased (P<0.05), blood ALP, BGP increased (P<0.05). Conclusion : The mechanism of action of Gushukang Granules in preventing and treating osteoporosis is related to inhibiting bone resorption and promoting bone formation.
