上海股市A股突破4000点大关后,有人宣称:楼市呈现“失宠”趋势,大量资金出现转移,股市在经历了多年低迷之后重新抬起头来。有专家声称:现阶段的股市与楼市是“一场没有硝烟的资金拉锯战”。中国的股市已进入颠狂状态。全民炒股,使两市指数节节上升,而四大银行的银行存款却下跌了1600多亿元。有机构公布数据,目前中国股市的市值已逾17万亿元,已经超过居民储蓄存款的总和。所以现在有人说:股票已成为居民财产的重要组成部分。炒股好,还是买楼好,这已成为公众两难的选择。
