1 基本情况焦作市群英水库位于焦作市西北约25km 的深山中,其坝高100.5m,总库容2000万 m~3,控制流域面积165km~2。水库坝型为浆砌石溢流重力拱坝,修建于1968年11月,1971年7月建成。由于水库大坝施工年代处于文革时期,工程项目不完善,又经历了30余年的运行,许多隐患相继暴露,每至汛期,水库安全运行难以保证,一旦发生险情,势必危及水库下游人民生命财产安全。1999年,对坝体及坝基进行了一次除险加固灌浆
1 Basic Conditions Qiongzuo Qunying Reservoir is located in the deep mountains about 25km northwest of Jiaozuo City. The dam height is 100.5m and the total storage capacity is 20 million m ~ 3. The control basin area is 165km ~ 2. Reservoir dam type is masonry overflow gravity arch dam, built in November 1968, completed in July 1971.
