目的探究安氏Ⅱ~1类错畸形不同垂直骨面型磨牙倾斜度的区别及相互关系。方法选取安氏Ⅱ类成人患者120例,其中骨性Ⅰ类60例,为对照组;骨性Ⅱ类60例,为实验组。通过头颅侧位片对样本进行上下磨牙倾斜度的测量和分析。结果骨性Ⅰ类上颌磨牙相对于前颅底平面、腭平面倾斜度高角组大于低角组,下颌磨牙相对于前颅底平面、下颌平面倾斜度高角组大于低角组;骨性Ⅱ类下磨牙相对于前颅底平面、下颌平面、腭平面倾斜度高角组大于低角组;骨性Ⅱ类高角组、均角组下磨牙相对于前颅底平面、腭平面均大于骨性Ⅰ类。结论骨性Ⅰ类中高角组较低角组上颌磨牙更向远中倾斜,下磨牙更向近中倾斜;骨性Ⅱ类高角组较低角组下磨牙更向近中倾斜;骨性Ⅱ类高角组、均角组相对于骨性Ⅰ类高角组、均角组下磨牙明显向近中倾斜。
Objective To investigate the difference and relationship between the inclination of different vertical bone type of Angle Ⅱ ~ 1 malocclusion. Methods A total of 120 patients with Class Ⅱ malformations were enrolled in this study. Among them, 60 cases were type Ⅰ and 60 cases were type Ⅱ and 60 cases were group Ⅱ. The sample was measured and analyzed for the inclination of the upper and lower molars through the cephalometric slices. Results Compared with the anterior skull base plane, the inclination angle of the palatal Ⅰ group was higher than that of the low angle group, the mandibular molar angle was higher than that of the anterior skull base plane, and the inclination angle of the mandibular plane was higher than that of the low angle group. Molar relative to the anterior skull base plane, mandibular plane, palatal plane tilt angle high angle group is greater than the low angle group; bony Ⅱ high angle group, the angle group lower molar relative to the anterior skull base plane, the palatal plane greater than the skeletal class Ⅰ. Conclusions In the group Ⅰ, the angle of the maxillary molars in the high-angle group is more to the middle than that in the low-angle group, and the angle of the lower molar is closer to the middle. The high angle group, the average angle group relative to the skeletal Class I high angle group, the average angle group lower molar significantly to the near tilt.
