本文研究了中药中有机氯农药残留(限量范围)的薄层半微量定量法,检出灵敏度为0.01～0.1ng。方法简便,易于掌握,可在基层推广作为药材中农药残留量的监测方法。
In this paper, a thin-layer semi-micro quantitative method for the determination of organochlorine pesticide residues (limited range) in traditional Chinese medicine is studied. The detection sensitivity is 0.01 to 0.1 ng. The method is simple, easy to grasp, and can be promoted at the grassroots level as a monitoring method for pesticide residues in medicinal materials.
