目的了解晋城市不同类型医院的消毒质量状况,以便加强管理。方法通过现场调查和采样检测方法,对晋城市辖区内15所不同类型医院的消毒质量进行连续5年的监测。结果连续5年共采样1 071份,消毒质量平均总合格率为86.7%。公立医院消毒质量合格率为89.01%,民营医院消毒质量合格率为83.04%。洁净手术室和普通手术室空气洁净质量合格率分别为68.2%和78.9%。结论晋城市市辖医院消毒质量总体合格率偏低,洁净手术室空气质量尚低于普通手术室,说明消毒管理存在一定问题。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection in different types of hospitals in Jincheng City in order to strengthen management. Methods Through on-site investigation and sampling and testing methods, the disinfection quality of 15 different types of hospitals in Jincheng area was monitored continuously for 5 years. Results A total of 1 071 samples were sampled for 5 consecutive years. The average total pass rate of disinfection quality was 86.7%. Public hospital disinfection quality pass rate was 89.01%, private hospital disinfection quality pass rate was 83.04%. Clean room and general operating room air clean quality pass rates were 68.2% and 78.9%. Conclusion The overall passing rate of disinfection quality in Jincheng municipal hospital is low, and the air quality in clean operation room is still lower than that in ordinary operating room, indicating that disinfection management has some problems.
