This paper reports an adult patient with pre-B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) accompanied by a Ph ’chromosome t (9; 22) and a BCR / ABL rearrangement product P190kd. It was unexpectedly found that in a Ph chromosome iso (17q) was detected in diploid cells of t (9; 22) and del (5q) was detected in another cell associated with Ph ’chromosome and t (9; 22).
