中华人民共和国宪法草案公布了。这是我国有史以来第一部人民的宪法,这是全国人民渴望了多少年的一部宪法。这部宪法的公布不仅满足了全国人民的要求,而且也昭示全世界的人民,让他们知道我们在为世界和平和人类进步的崇高目的而奋斗。在宪法草案中,肯定了我们奋斗的目标是“依靠国家机关和社会力量,通过社会主义工业化和社会主义改造,保证逐步消减剥削制度,建立社会主义社会”。同时也充分地估计到我国目前在过渡时期的社
The draft constitution of the People's Republic of China was announced. This is the constitution of the first people in our history. It is a constitution which the entire nation longs for many years. The announcement of this constitution not only meets the requirements of the people throughout the country, but also shows the people of the world and their conviction that we are striving for the lofty goal of world peace and progress of mankind. In the draft constitution, we affirmed that the goal of our struggle is to “rely on the state organs and social forces, through socialist industrialization and socialist transformation, and ensure that the system of exploitative development will be gradually reduced and a socialist society will be established.” At the same time, it is also amply estimated to our country's current transitional society
