小学阶段是学生形成人生观、世界观的关键时期,小学德育工作关系到祖国的建设与发展。根据小学生的身心发展特点,利用名人资源对他们进行德育活动是实施德育教育的有效途径之一。通过调查与分析,考察湖南四所小学学生对湖湘名人及湖南精神的认知,学生了解湖湘历史名人的途径,湖湘历史名人对学生成长的影响以及学校利用湖湘名人进行德育活动情况等方面情况,以便为各小学开发名人资源进行德育工作提供参考。
Primary stage is the key period in which students form outlook on life and world outlook. Moral education in primary schools is related to the construction and development of the motherland. According to the physical and mental development characteristics of primary school students, it is one of the effective ways to carry out moral education by using celebrity resources to carry out their moral education activities. Through investigation and analysis, the author investigates the cognition of Hunan primary school students and Hunan spirit by four primary school students in Hunan, the ways of students to know the famous historical figures in Hunan, the influence of the famous historical figures in Hunan on the students’ growth and the school’s use of famous people in Hunan for moral education activities So as to provide a reference for the development of celebrity resources in primary schools for moral education.
