目的观察中西医结合治疗妇科解脲类支原体感染的临床疗效。方法取妇科解脲支原体感染100例,随机分为两组,对照组、治疗组各50例。对照组选用加替沙星胶囊。治疗组除对照组用药外,加用中药自拟方内服治疗。上述治疗方法均为14天为1疗程。可用药3个疗程。分别在每个疗程后对患者月经、全身症状、阴道炎症等的改善情况进行观察。结果通过比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状及量表评分等指标,两组治疗前后均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。并且与西医治疗组比较,中西医结合治疗组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗妇科解脲类支原体感染疗效优于仅西医治疗,中西医结合治疗妇科解脲类支原体感染疗效确切,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of gynecological Ureaplasma urealyticum infection by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 100 cases of gynecological Ureaplasma urealyticum infection were randomly divided into two groups, the control group, the treatment group of 50 cases. The control group used gatifloxacin capsules. In addition to the control group, the treatment group was treated with oral administration of Chinese herbs. The above treatment are 14 days for a course of treatment. Available medication 3 courses. Patients were observed after each course of menstruation, systemic symptoms, vaginal inflammation and other improvements. Results By comparing the two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and scale scores and other indicators, the two groups before and after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05). And compared with Western medicine treatment group, the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group had significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of gynecological Ureaplasma urealyticum infection is better than only Western medicine treatment, Integrative Medicine gynecological Ureaplasma urealyticum infection is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
