Objective To observe the effects of Asp and Cap on hemodynamics in anesthetized chest-open dogs. Methods TTI, LVWI, MAP, total peripheral vascular resistance (TPVR), femoral artery blood flow (FBF), left ventricular pressure (LVSP), + dp / dtmax, Left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP), heart rate (HR) were simultaneously recorded in the multi-channel physiology recorder and electromagnetic flowmeter. Results Asp5 and 10 mg · kg-1iv had no significant effect on all indexes of hemodynamics. Cap 0.5 mg · kg-1iv had no significant effect on LVSP, + dp / dtmax, LVEDP and HR, CI slightly increased, but TTI , LVWI, TPVR significantly decreased, Asp and Cap combined with Cap single with similar results. Conclusion Asp does not affect the improvement of Cap on cardiovascular function
