本文在研制2ZBZ300型斜轴泵基础上,论述恒功率变量机构的结构原理和受力分析;提出由液压力产生的偏离力计算方法,并对调节器弹簧组进行优化设计。
Based on the development of 2ZBZ300 inclined-axis pump, this paper discusses the structural principle and stress analysis of constant power variable mechanism. The calculation method of the deviation force caused by hydraulic pressure is proposed and the spring design of the regulator is optimized.
