在新媒体影响下的信息环境,技术跟踪速度非常快,已经成为现在公共图书馆发展的新思考。新媒体已经催生了公共图书馆的新业态形式,公共图书馆在此情况下应该要转变理念,改变经营模式,提出有创意的服务,才能够让新业态顺利构建。目前构建新业态公共图书馆应该要做好几个方面:要建立数字一体化的网络形式,图书馆需要有标准的业务系统,公共图书馆的内容要不断增加,公共图书馆服务方式多样化进行,营造出良好的公共图书馆氛围。
