在检修一台福日HFC—1804彩电为“三无”故障时,发现电源厚膜块IC901(STR6020)的①、④两脚短路,即IC901内部开关管c、e两极击穿,保险管熔断,再检查行管,高压包等有关元件无明显异常。于是换上一块正品的STR6020和保险管,接上电压表(监视+B电压)后试机,发现+B电压上跳十多伏,立即返零,立刻关机,复测IC901块,又是①、④两脚击穿短路,显然,电路中还存在与IC901关系密切的明显隐
