电站锅炉碱化造膜技术和平衡磷酸盐工况是防止汽包锅炉腐蚀结垢的重要技术手段。为此特进行了运行中锅炉炉管保护膜成膜技术的试验研究 ,提出了维持锅炉水冷壁保护膜完整性的技术选择。大港电厂 3号锅炉通过实施氢氧化钠碱化造膜及平衡磷酸盐工况后 ,其水冷壁表面形成了致密保护膜 ,保护膜耐蚀性好 ,有效地抑制了水冷壁管的腐蚀 ,可供同类型机组借鉴。
