通过化学气相沉积法用纯Zn和MnCl2粉末在硅基片上制备了Zn1?xMnxO纳米线.通过SEM,TEM,EDX和XRD观测了纳米线的形貌、结构和成分,用SQUID测试了磁学性能.结果表明,纳米线在低温下具有铁磁性,并且在M-T曲线上55K处有一个无法用常规磁学理论解释的峰.
Zn1¡¤xMnxO nanowires were prepared on pure silicon substrates by chemical vapor deposition using pure Zn and MnCl2 powders.The morphology, structure and composition of the nanowires were observed by SEM, TEM, EDX and XRD. The magnetic properties The results show that the nanowires have ferromagnetism at low temperatures and there is a peak at 55K on the MT curve that can not be explained by conventional magnetic theory.
