预算编制对于行政事业单位的工作十分重要,是行政事业单位各项工作能够正常推进的必要前提。各个事业单位需要制定预算编制、谨慎进行内部控制、严格操作业绩考核等一系列与财务管理相关的工作,对整个单位的财务流程进行规范和科学的管理。通过明确的财务规范,保障事业单位能够向着健康、良好、不断进步的方向持续发展。本文将首先介绍我国行政事业单位里预算编制工作的现状,然后指出预算编制工作中目前存在的各种问题,最后分析如何对出现的一系列问题进行解决。
Budget preparation is very important to the work of administrative units, which is the necessary prerequisite for the normal progress of all work in administrative units. All institutions need to formulate budget preparation, prudently carry out internal control, strictly conduct performance evaluation and a series of work related to financial management, and regulate and financially manage the entire unit’s financial procedures. Through a clear financial norms, to ensure that institutions can be healthy, good and continuous progress in the direction of sustainable development. This article will first introduce the status quo of the budget preparation work in the administrative institutions in our country, and then point out various existing problems in the budget preparation work and finally analyze how to solve a series of problems that arise.
