进入3G时代以来,各大电信运营商纷纷转变实体营业厅经营模式,由原来的被动受理向主动营销转变,由原来以服务为主、营销为辅向体验、营销、服务三位一体转变,从而提升客户体验。本文以山东枣庄联通整合营业厅原有资源,采取“一优、二调、三引”的三个步骤来推广营业厅“体验销售”模式的实践为样本,研究探讨体验营销在电信企业的推广价值和操作方案。
