武术是中华民族悠久历史文化的结晶,在大学生中开设武术课即能有效的提高大学生的身体素质又能发扬和传承我们的国术。但是,由于武术是一项艰苦的运动,其中一些动作难度较大,对学生要求较高,同时也由于学生自身的原因,在武术课的教学过程中学生会出现停滞不前,浮躁,灰心丧气,恐惧,厌学等现象。本文通过对“成功教育”理念的阐述,认为可以将“成功教育”的理念应用到大学生武术教学的过程中,通过新理念下教师新的教学方式与行为方式对大学生进行心理的调控,可以消除学习过程中的一些不利因素,进一步提高大学生武术教学的教学效果。
