以四川凉山10个烟叶主产区64份烤烟C3F等级烟叶为样品,采用最优曲线回归拟合和灰色关联度分析方法,研究了凉山烤烟钾含量状况及其与有机酸含量的关系。结果表明:凉山烤烟叶片钾含量平均值为1.84%,整体钾含量偏低;烟叶钾含量与乙二酸、丙二酸、苹果酸、十七酸含量的回归方程决定系数均达到了显著水平,且均表现为烟叶钾含量越高,以上有机酸含量就越高;烟叶钾含量与非挥发性有机酸含量间的关系最为密切。
Taking 64 Flue - Cured Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) C3F grades in 10 main tobacco producing areas of Liangshan in Sichuan as samples, the relationship between K content and organic acid content in Liangshan flue - cured tobacco was studied by regression curve fitting and gray correlation analysis. The results showed that the average potassium content of flue-cured tobacco leaves was 1.84% and the potassium content was low in Liangshan flue-cured tobacco. The regression coefficients of potassium content, contents of oxalic acid, malonic acid, malic acid and palmitic acid in tobacco leaf reached the significant level, The results showed that the higher the content of potassium was, the higher the content of organic acids was. The relationship between the content of potassium and the content of non-volatile organic acids was the most closely related.
