目的:探索生血通便颗粒对血虚型便秘小鼠脂质过氧化损害的研究。方法:采用小鼠依照参考文献复制血虚型便秘小鼠动物模型。成模后分别给予血通便颗粒、乳果糖干预,检测结肠组织MDA、SOD水平。结果:模型组MDA水平高于空白组差异具有显著性(P<0.05),生血通便颗粒组MDA水平低于模型组与乳果糖组差异具有显著性(P<0.05);模型组SOD水平低于空白组差异具有显著性(P<0.05),生血通便颗粒组MDA水平高于模型组差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:血虚型便秘结肠组织存在脂质过氧化损害,生血通便颗粒可以干预便秘大鼠结肠组织紊乱的脂质过氧化损害。
Objective: To explore the effect of Shengxuetongmai granule on lipid peroxidation in mice with blood deficiency constipation. Methods: The mice were used to copy the animal models of congestive mice with blood deficiency syndrome according to the references. After modeling, blood purgation granules and lactulose were respectively intervened to detect MDA and SOD in colonic tissue. Results: The level of MDA in the model group was significantly higher than that in the blank group (P <0.05). The level of MDA in the Xuexiehutong granule group was lower than that in the model group and lactulose group (P <0.05) There was significant difference between the blank group and the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is lipid peroxidation damage in colon of blood deficiency type constipation. Shengxuetongmai granule can intervene lipid peroxidation damage of colon tissue in constipation rats.
