目的 探讨婴幼儿立体视觉的发育规律和成熟时期。方法 用新型静态随机点立体图深度翻转作视刺激, 对用常规心理物理学方法检测立体视功能为正常的20 名儿童和20 名成人进行视诱发电位检测。结果 在不同大小视差的立体图刺激时, 儿童和成人均可在250 ms 左右记录到宽大的正波( 以下简称P250 波) ; 在不同大小视差的立体图刺激时, 儿童的P250 波潜伏时均比成人延长, 振幅没有明显差异。结论 儿童对立体刺激的神经电生理反应时间比成人长, 推测这可能是儿童立体视觉尚不成熟的电生理证据
Objective To explore the development of stereoscopic vision and maturity of infants and young children. Methods The stereotactic stereoscopic images of the new static stereoscopic images were used for visual stimulation. Visual evoked potentials were measured in 20 children and 20 adults with normal stereopsis and normal psychophysics. Results When stimulated by stereograms of different sizes and parallaxes, both children and adults could record wide positive waves (P250 wave) at about 250 ms. When children were stimulated with different sizes of parallax, the P250 wave latency of children was higher than that of adults Extended, no significant difference in amplitude. Conclusion The neuroelectrophysiological response to stereoscopic stimulation in children is longer than that in adults, suggesting that this may be an electrophysiological evidence that stereopsis of children is not yet mature
