目的:探讨钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢长管状骨创伤骨折的临床效果。方法:抽取2018年2月至2019年3月平煤神马医疗集团总医院收治的100例四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组50例。对照组采用石膏绷带固定，研究组采用钢板螺钉内固定。比较治疗后两组疗效、Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评分、骨折愈合时间及并发症发生率。结果:研究组治疗有效率(90.00%，45/50)高于对照组(76.00%，38/50)，n P<0.05。治疗后研究组FMA评分为(54.18±4.25)、(28.94±2.17)分，高于对照组的(43.62±3.13)、(24.15±2.86)分，n P<0.05。研究组骨折愈合时间[(3.12±0.42)个月]短于对照组[(7.67±1.54)个月]，n P<0.05。研究组骨不连、愈合延迟及畸形愈合等并发症发生率(4.00%，2/50)低于对照组(26.00%，13/50)，n P<0.05。n 结论:钢板螺钉内固定可有效改善患者骨创伤骨折症状，对关节功能恢复、骨折愈合均有良好效果，并减少术后并发症，安全性高。“,”Objective:To investigate the effects of plate and screw internal fixation on patients with long tubular bone traumatic fractures of the extremities.Methods:A total of 100 patients with long tubular bone traumatic fractures of the extremities treated in General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Medical Group from February 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled, and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. Control group received plaster fixation, and study group received plate and screw internal fixation. Efficacy, Fugl-Meyer Rating Scale (FMA) score, fracture healing time, and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of study group (90.00%, 45/50) was higher than that of control group (76.00%, 38/50), n P<0.05. FMA scores of upper and lower extremities in study group (54.18±4.25, 28.94±2.17) were higher than those in control group (43.62±3.13, 24.15±2.86),n P<0.05. The fracture healing time of study group was (3.12±0.42)months, shorter than the (7.67±1.54)months of control group (n P<0.05). The incidence of complications, such as nonunion, delayed healing and deformity healing, in study group (4.00%, 2/50) was lower than that in control group (26.00%, 13/50),n P<0.05.n Conclusions:Plate and screw internal fixation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, promote the recovery and healing, reduce the complication rate of patients with long tubular bone traumatic fractures of the extremities, with high safety.
