肾母细胞瘤即肾胚胎瘤(Wilm’s tumor)是婴幼儿中最常见的肾实质性恶性肿瘤,多发生于3岁以下的幼儿,成年人比较罕见.我院30年来只收治1例,现报道如下.患者,男性,42岁,因右上腹包块伴右侧腰痛及低热近1个月,于1988年6月11日入院.患者无 Wilms tumor (Wilms’ tumor) is the most common renal parenchymal malignancy in infants and young children, most of which occur in children under 3 years of age and are relatively rare in adults. Only one case was treated in our hospital for 30 years. The patient, male, 42 years old, was admitted to the hospital on June 11, 1988 because of a right lower quadrant mass with right lower back pain and fever of nearly 1 month.
