TiAl基合金的室温断裂韧性(以下简称断裂韧性)与室温显微组织(以下简称显微组织)密切相关。显微组织类型、晶粒尺寸大小、层片状晶团所占体积分数等都会影响断裂韧性。添加合金化元素、改变工艺路线等会对合金显微组织产生影响,从而影响断裂韧性。
TiAl-based alloys at room temperature fracture toughness (hereinafter referred to as fracture toughness) and room temperature microstructure (hereinafter referred to as microstructure) are closely related. The type of microstructure, the size of the grain size, the volume fraction of the lamellae of the lamellae and the like all affect the fracture toughness. Adding alloying elements, changing the process route will affect the microstructure of the alloy, thus affecting the fracture toughness.
