文章认为“多重嵌入”多类型、多数量的价值链是中国代工企业转型升级的有效途径。在与国际客户的代工关系中,中国代工企业采用利用性学习强化企业能力,从而嵌入更多数量的同一级别的价值链,采用探索性学习提升企业能力,从而嵌入更高级别的价值链,在代工关系与企业能力共同演化的过程中,通过组织学习,中国代工企业最终实现转型升级。文章最后提出基于“多重嵌入”的整合的价值链演进模型。
The article holds that “multi-embedding” multi-type, multi-value chain is an effective way to transform and upgrade foundry enterprises in China. In the OEM relationship with international customers, Chinese foundries adopt usability learning to strengthen their ability to embed a higher number of value chains at the same level, exploit exploratory learning to enhance their ability to embed higher-level value chains , In the process of co-evolution of foundry relationship and business capability, through the organizational study, China’s foundry enterprises finally realized the transformation and upgrading. The article concludes with an integrated value chain evolution model based on “multiple embeddings”.
