作者于去年得有机会参加中药房工作一个时期,今见全国各地西药房同志们响应党的号召热情学习中药,特将个人学习中药处方调配等等的一些体会和心得介绍出来,供同志们参考。业务学习问题中药处方调配及一般中药的炮炙技术,对药房同志来说,是完全生疏的。药名字念不好、称不会拿,中药的一般知识懂得很少,所以必须从头学起,学习方法根据作者的体会,可采取边学边干的办法,一方面组织去中药铺学习调配技术,同时学习基本理论知识。先学会调配操作,即可参加中药的配方工作,而基本理论知识可在工作中边做边学。1.学习调配技术:学习内容主要为:(1)处方调配,(2)简单炮炙(这里所说的炮炙仅指有些药物如饮片类,处方要求是用炒的、炭的、蜜制的或硃砂制等,而本药房只有未经炮炙的,所以须按照处方要求临时炮炙),(3)汤剂的煎煮方法,(4)贮藏保管。开始学习时,先请中药铺的师傅讲一次课,然后由专人带领参加调配,时间大致六次左右,每次四小时。
