本文讨论了负載钒催化剂上SO_2氧化反应活化能随温度变化而改变的原因,认为Arrhenius曲线的转折是反应从动力学控制向液膜扩散控制的过程。并实验测得了变异点温度,结果表明:变异点温度T_(br)与反应转化率α有密切关系,可以由下面经验式表示 T_(br)=479.8-1.534/(0.7811-α)(℃), α≤73％
In this paper, we discuss the reason that the activation energy of SO 2 oxidation on vanadium-supported catalysts changes with temperature. It is considered that the turning of Arrhenius curve is the process of reaction control from kinetic control to liquid film diffusion. The temperature of the mutation point was measured experimentally. The results showed that the variation temperature T br () was closely related to the reaction conversion rate α, which can be expressed by the following empirical formula: T br = 479.8-1.534 / (0.7811-α) , α≤73%
