第一条为加强户外广告管理,发挥户外广告传播信息、扩大流通、指导消费、美化环境的作用,根据国务院《广告管理条例》的有关规定,结合我省实际情况,制定本办法.第二条在本省境内除利用报刊、图书、名录等刊登广告,利用广播、电视、电影、录像、幻灯等播映广告,通过邮局邮寄广告宣传品,利用馈赠实物进行广告宣传
Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Regulations of the State Council on Advertising Management” in light of the relevant provisions of the State Council, in light of the actual conditions in our province, in order to strengthen the management of outdoor advertising, give full play to the role of outdoor advertising in disseminating information, expanding circulation, guiding consumption and beautifying the environment. In addition to advertisements in newspapers, books, directories and other places in the province, advertisements are broadcast on radio, television, movies, videos, slideshows, etc.
