随着新劳动合同法和最低工资政策的出台,我国劳动力成本不断提高,以制造业为代表的用工成本优势已逐渐消失,企业被迫面临转型—由劳动密集型向资本密集型转换。本文立足于产业转型的背景,分析制造业的人力投入和技术投入情况,结果表明:劳动力的使用在不断减少,技术的投入在不断加大,企业的产出水平也在不断提高。本文从宏观政策上为产业转型提供指引,从微观企业行为上为企业要素分配上提供建议。
With the promulgation of the new labor contract law and the minimum wage policy, the cost of labor in our country continues to increase. The labor cost advantage represented by manufacturing industry has gradually disappeared. Enterprises are forced to face the transition - from labor-intensive to capital-intensive ones. Based on the background of industrial transformation, this paper analyzes the manpower input and technology input in the manufacturing industry. The results show that the use of labor force is decreasing, the input of technology is increasing, and the output level of enterprises is increasing continuously. This article provides guidelines for macroeconomic policies for industrial restructuring, and provides advice on the distribution of enterprise factors from micro-enterprise behavior.
