重庆惠友实业有限公司是1992午成立,于1996年改制组建的民营型股份制企业,注册资本1亿元人民币,现拥有逾5亿元人民币的实有资产,被市委、市府和渝中区区委、区府评为重庆市私营50强企业。公司下辖重庆天龙物业有限公司、重庆白云湖建设投资有限公司、重庆白云湖建设投资基金会,惠友长江百货公司、惠友皇朝装饰公司、重庆铁峰寺矿泉水饮料厂、白云湖管理培训中心等。经营业务广及旅游业、房地产、投资与投资中介、商贸流通、建筑装饰、陶瓷建材、饮料生产等诸方面。为了促进作为重庆四大支柱产业之一的旅游业的发展,填补重庆尚无综合性的能够接待国内外游客和大规模旅游团体的大型观光旅游园区的空白,我司自筹资金,独立承担了“重庆白云湖旅游开发区”重点旅游项目的开发建设。该项目第一期工程已于1995年10月18日破上动工,现接近扫尾阶段。为加快由市计委、市旅游局批准立项的市级重点旅游项目的建设速度,早日建成白云湖旅游园区,造福于民,我司已向上级请求将白云湖旅游资源开发项目纳入本市“九五重点项目规划”并给予重点扶持。现将项目的有关情况披露,热忱欢迎海内外各界有志者与之合作,共谋发展,共创辉煌。
Chongqing Huiyou Industrial Co., Ltd. is a private-owned joint-stock enterprise established in 1992 and restructured in 1996 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan and an actual assets of more than 500 million yuan. It is invested by municipal Party committee, municipal government and Yuzhong District Commission, the district government as the top 50 private enterprises in Chongqing. The company administered Chongqing Tianlong Property Co., Ltd., Chongqing Baiyun Lake Construction Investment Co., Ltd., Chongqing Baiyun Lake Construction Investment Foundation, the Friends of the Yangtze River Department Store, the Friends of the dynasty decoration company, Chongqing Tiefeng Si mineral water beverage factory, Baiyun Lake Management Training Center Wait. Wide range of business and tourism, real estate, investment and investment intermediaries, commerce and trade circulation, building decoration, ceramic building materials, beverage production, and so on. In order to promote the development of tourism as one of the four pillar industries in Chongqing and to fill the gap in Chongqing’s large-scale tourism and tourism zone that is not yet comprehensively capable of hosting domestic and foreign tourists and large-scale tourism groups, our company independently funded and independently undertaken “Chongqing Baiyun Lake Tourism Development Zone” focus on the development of tourism projects. In order to speed up the pace of construction of key municipal tourism projects approved by the Municipal Planning Commission and Municipal Tourism Bureau and build a Baiyun Lake tourism park for the benefit of the people at an early date, our company has requested the higher authorities to include the Baiyun Lake tourism resources development project into the “ Nine Five key project planning ”and give key support.
