《国际商法》是普通高等院校经管类尤其是国际贸易专业学生的一门法律必修课,随着国际经贸往来的日益频繁,越来越受重视。然而该课程在实际教学中还存在诸多问题,课程教学亟待改革。本文阐述了《国际商法》教改实施措施,并展开了教学思考。
“International Commercial Law” is a compulsory course of law required for the management of colleges and universities, especially international trade majors. With the ever-increasing international economic and trade exchanges, more and more attention has been paid to international commercial law. However, there are still many problems in the actual teaching of this course. The teaching of the course needs reform urgently. This essay elaborates the implementation measures of “International Commercial Law” reform and launches teaching thinking.
