In this study, the anaerobic metabolism and body composition of female wrestlers were preliminarily discussed to provide a scientific basis for training and material selection. The subjects were 12 members of Beijing Sport University Women’s Wrestling Team. Divided into championship group (n = 5) and non-championship group (n = 7) according to race results, power cycling was performed for 15 seconds and 45 seconds, and mean power and blood lactate before and after exercise were measured. The results showed that the average power of the champion group (group A) was higher than that of the non-champion group (group B) in the 15-second exercise test, and the increase of blood lactic acid was lower than that of the group B, but the average power / blood lactic acid added value The primary energy quotient was significantly higher than that of the B group (P <0.05). In the 45 second test, the average power / body weight of group A, ie, the relative average power and the increase of blood lactic acid, were significantly higher than those in group B. Body composition test found body fat percentage A group was significantly lower than the B group (P <0.05). Lipid weight was higher in group B than in group B The study also found that whether it is 15 seconds or 45 seconds exercise test, there was a significant positive correlation between body weight and average power.
