生后4天龄正常幼鼠持续应用苯妥英钠50天,观察该药对发育中的小脑形态及体格发育的影响。25mg/kg和50mg/kg两个剂量组动物的小脑,在光镜下均未见明显病理改变,小脑皮层浦肯野氏细胞计数各为141.7±1.99/20um~2和13.62±1.93/20um~2,与对照组比较均无统计学意义。各组动物的体重无明显差异。说明苯妥英钠在本剂量范围及给药时程内对发育期小鼠的小脑形态无明显损害作用,也不影响其体格发育。
Normal 4-day-old neonatal rats after birth, continuous use of phenytoin 50 days to observe the development of the drug on the cerebellum morphology and physical development.
