论宋以后肾藏象体系的形上化去实体化路径

随着宋明理学的兴起,宋以后医学学理呈现了鲜明的哲学化取向,脏腑逐渐脱离了实体的存在意义而概念化、形上化.在肾藏象体系中,肾脏逐步被命门所取代,主要表现在肾功能的形上化,肾藏精气水火;肾功能的扩展,肝肾合一;肾与命门功能的置换,命门本体化;虚证辨证论治的去实体化等几个方面.命门太极本体论体系的建构,阐明了心肾相交为生命运动的基本机制,是藏象理论体系哲学化的关键转折.
