为了简化6906BM_φ2型数控及工具自动更换多功能机床静态调整手续并缩短时间,在切京斯基机床厂制造和推广了三座标调整测头(见插图)。它是由三条轴线相互垂直的传送器1、用于固自传送器在机床主轴5上的夹头2和测头角向固定的导架3组成的。在整套测头中还包括销钉4,它是在卸下x 和y 轴座标系中的刀杆时装入机床工作台中心孔套简内的。对于机床工作台来说,刀杆是沿着y 轴伸出的。传送器带有两个微型转换开关:一个用于从快速到慢速进给的转换,另一个用于停止进给。测头的位置精度是由第二个微型转换开关的同步精度决定的,得出的试验数据是0.002~0.005毫米。由于测头本身精度的提高,用于自动操纵时能保证机床主轴误差约为0.01~0.02毫米。
In order to simplify the 6906BM_φ2 CNC and automatic tool change and multi-function machine tool static adjustment procedures and shorten the time, in the Cheetoski Machine Tool Plant to create and promote the three coordinate adjustment probe (see inset). Due to the improvement of the accuracy of the probe itself, the error of the spindle of the machine can be guaranteed to be about 0.01 to 0.02 mm for automatic operation.
