机耕船总体设计布置是否合理,直接影响机耕船的综合性能。在设计一台新的机耕船时,要考虑很多因素,涉及很多问题。由于水平所限,不能一一阐述。本文着重就影响机耕船性能的主要问题,如机耕船总体的受力与平衡,重心和驱动轴在船体上的相对位置,发动机的功率平衡与分配,船体的基本尺寸与船形等问题,谈谈我们的看法。一、关于机耕船的受力与平衡研究机耕船受力平衡是为了尽量减小机耕船机组的行驶阻力,保证机耕船稳定地运行。 1、机耕船的纵向受力与平衡设机耕船是匀速前进,受力如图1。

Research on the Force and Balance of Farming Boats The balance of mechanical force on farm tractors is to minimize the driving resistance of the crew and ensure the stable operation of the tractor. 1. Longitudinal force and balance of the cultivating ship The cultivating ship is moving at a uniform speed, and the force is shown in Figure 1.
