当前形势下,高校毕业生的就业压力越来越大,对于高校整体的人才培养计划造成了一定的影响。其中,很多的企业对于高校毕业生的英语运用能力有一定的要求,这也客观造成了学生在求职的过程中出现了各种问题,无法找到适合自己发展的工作。究其原因,高校在开展英语教学工作的过程中,没有结合用人单位实际的人才需求,造成了学生就业压力的不断加大。本文将对高校英语教学模式中存在的问题进行深入地分析探讨。
Under the current situation, the employment pressure of college graduates is getting bigger and bigger, which has exerted a certain influence on the training plan of college personnel as a whole. Among them, many enterprises have certain requirements for college graduates’ ability to use English.
