分子生物学和分子遗传学的迅速发展,给传统的植物遗传育种赋予了新的内容,利用基因工程技术进行植物分子育种,不仅可以打破有性杂交的屏障,更能克服杂交的不相容性,从而为定向改良植物性状、培育新品种开辟了新的途径。植物基因转移的方法大致分两种:一是通过载体介导导入外源DNA;二是外源DNA直接导入。 1 载体介导外源基因转移。所利用的载体系统有根癌农杆菌一Ti质粒转化系统(A.t.—Ti系统)和发根农杆菌—Ri质粒转化系统(A.r.—Ri系统),适用于双子叶
