目前,承德市出现了一股“高中热”。对这种现象,应正确认识,并加以疏导,理顺四个关系:1.传统教育观念与现代教育观念的关系;2.传统的成才就业观念与社会经济发展需要的关系;3.普通教育思想与职业教育思想的关系;4.基础教育发展进程中政府职能与学校职能的关系等。
