长链单不饱和脂肪醇乙酸酯作为鳞翅目昆虫的性外激素有着重要的实用价值。我们曾探讨了该类化合物的红外及拉曼光谱与其结构变化的关系。有关该类化合物的简正坐标分析尚未见报导。鉴于该类化合物随链长和双键位置的变化具有十分相似的光谱,本文以顺-3-己烯醇乙酸酯为模型,采用局部对称的U-B力场,取得了比较满意的结果。
Long-chain monounsaturated fatty alcohol acetates have important practical value as sex pheromones of lepidopteran insects. We have explored the infrared and Raman spectra of these compounds and their structural changes. The simple coordinate analysis of these compounds has not been reported yet. In view of the very similar spectrum of these compounds with the change of chain length and double bond position, this paper adopts the partial symmetry U-B force field model with cis-3-hexenol acetate as the model, and obtains satisfactory results.
