抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)属于转化生长因子β超家族,在调节生殖细胞发育和分化中发挥重要作用,本文阐述了AMH与卵巢功能、多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)、辅助生殖以及肿瘤的关系。研究显示血清AMH水平可以准确反映卵巢储备能力,在辅助生殖中具有重要应用价值,AMH还可以作为诊断多PCOS的指标。近年来越来越多的研究表明血清AMH升高是卵巢癌等肿瘤的标志物,且AMH对卵巢癌等肿瘤的生长、迁移和侵袭有抑制作用,可能成为肿瘤治疗的新药物。AMH在妇产科领域具有广阔的的应用前景。
