八届人大一次会议将党的十四大提出的“建立社会主义市场经济体制”作为中国经济改革的目标订入宪法,确立这一体制的法律地位,这为省级店的改革在法律上提供了保障,党的十四届三中全会提出“建立现代企业制度”又为省级店改革指出了方向。理论的突破必然导致实践的飞跃,而飞跃的实现依然需要在各个层面上创造性的思维和工作。本文就省级新华书店的改革方向作一探讨。
At the first session of the Eighth National People’s Congress, the “establishment of a socialist market economic system” put forward by the 14th National Congress of the CPC was enshrined in the Constitution as the goal of China’s economic reform and the legal status of this system was established. This provided legally the reform of provincial-level shops Security, the Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee put forward the “establishment of a modern enterprise system” and pointed out the direction for provincial-level shop reform. A breakthrough in theory will inevitably lead to a leap in practice, and the realization of a leap still requires creative thinking and work at all levels. This article discusses the reform direction of provincial Xinhua Bookstore.
