在中国刑事科学技术协会和中国刑事警察学院的共同努力下,经过半年的筹备工作,中国刑事科学技术协会文件检验专业委员会于1996年9月16日在中国刑事警察学院宣告成立。公安部特邀顾问、刑科协理事长刘文、副理事长乌国庆、辽宁省公安厅厅长郭大维、中国刑事警察学院党委书记周山、院长王彦吉等领导同志和来自全国各地的代表75人出席了成立大会。会上文检专业委员会筹备组组长、中国刑警学院文检系主任贾玉文教授作了《文检专业委员会筹备情况和今后工作的报告》,刘文、郭大维、王彦吉等同志分别讲了话。乌国庆同志宣布了刑科协理事长办公会议《关于成立文检专
With the joint efforts of China Association of Criminal Science and Technology and China Criminal Police College, the Document Inspection Committee of China Association of Criminal Science and Technology was announced on September 16, 1996 at the China Criminal Police College after half a year of preparatory work. Ministry of Public Security, Chief Consultant Liu Jian, Vice President Wu Guoqing, Director of Liaoning Provincial Public Security Bureau Guo Daye, China Criminal Police College Party Secretary Zhou Shan, Dean Wang Yanji and other leading comrades and representatives from all over the country. People attended the inaugural meeting.
