目的:通过处方分析,提高药师的药学工作能力,促进合理用药。方法:随机抽取我院2008-06/2008-10的门诊处方5 000张,对其用药情况进行详细审核,将不合理用药分类分析。结果:不合格处方66张,占所选处方总数的1.32%,值得临床注意。结论:定期开展处方分析不仅能促进临床医生合理用药,也能提高药师的专业水平和执业能力。
OBJECTIVE: To improve pharmacist’s ability to work in pharmacy and promote rational drug use through prescription analysis. Methods: 5 000 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected from our hospital from June 2008 to October 2008, and their drug usage was reviewed in detail. The analysis of irrational use of drugs was made. Results: 66 failed prescriptions, accounting for 1.32% of the total number of prescriptions, is worthy of clinical attention. Conclusion: Regular prescription analysis can not only promote the rational use of drugs by clinicians, but also improve the pharmacist ’s professional ability and practicing ability.
