目的:建立紫金砂药材的高效液相指纹图谱方法。方法:采用Kromasil 100A C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL.min-1,检测波长为254 nm。以异欧前胡素为参照物,对10批紫金砂药材进行指纹图谱分析。结果:建立了紫金砂的HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,标定了8个共有峰,10批药材的相似度均>0.9。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,为紫金砂药材的品质评价和质量控制标准的制定提供科学依据。
Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprint method of Zijinsha medicinal materials. Methods: A gradient Kromasil 100A C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 mL · min-1 and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Isoimperatorin as reference, 10 batches of Zijinsha herbs fingerprint analysis. Results: The common fingerprint of Zijinsha was established, and eight common peaks were calibrated. The similarity of 10 batches of medicinal materials were all> 0.9. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It provides a scientific basis for the quality evaluation and quality control of Zijinshan herbs.
