本研究以‘红星’苹果的叶子为材料,通过国内外十六个实验室的分析,取得了氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌、硼等十种元素的数据,经统计处理后,得出了标准参比值。并阐述了叶样的制备方法,包括颗粒的粉碎细度、测定均匀度的方法、贮前处理和贮存条件。 目前,已制备了4公斤标准叶样,待鉴定后,报农牧渔业部标准化处及国家标准局审查批准,以便供各研究单位采用。
In this study, the leaves of ’Red Star’ apple were used as materials and the data of ten elements of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc and boron were obtained through the analysis of 16 laboratories at home and abroad , After statistical processing, come to the standard reference value. The preparation method of leaf samples was also described, including the fineness of the particles, the method of determining the evenness, pre-storage and storage conditions. At present, 4 kg standard leaf samples have been prepared. After identification, they are reported to the standardization department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries and the approval of the National Bureau of Standards for examination by the research institutes.
