自1995年起,我们从日本野崎引种花椰菜“白玉”品种。经连续2年试种和示范,目前在镇江地区已扩种到百余亩,亩产1750kg,亩产值390O元。现将品种特性及栽培技术总结如下。 品种特性:该品种从定植到采收为55~60天,花球洁白致密,平均单球重0.7kg,品质佳。在镇江地区栽培黑腐病较轻,植株生长整齐,上市较集中。 栽培上要适时播种:本地在6月中旬播种,苗龄30天。播种时大棚上要加盖薄膜,膜上再盖遮阳网,以提高成苗率。同时宜用营养钵移苗,苗龄在30天
