前不久,我随全国工商联访问团,赴菲律宾、泰国、越南考察了3国总商会以及7个区域性和行业性商会。我们从考察商会工作的一般运作规律入手,学习、借鉴了经验;多层次接触商会、工商界和政府有关部门人士,广交了朋友;广泛宣传国内、省内经济特别是民(私)营经济发展状况,扩大了影响。这3个国家的商会和行业协会,他们在运作过程中,有不同的国情,不同的特点,我们不能生搬硬套他们的做法和经验,但有几个问题很值得思考。

In these three countries, the chambers of commerce and trade associations have different national conditions and different characteristics in their operation. We can not give any humorous explanations about their practices and experiences. However, there are several issues that are worth considering.
