腹腔镜下射频消融术(LRFA)作为肝细胞癌微创治疗的一种重要手段,其以安全、损伤小、疗效确切等优势为病人广泛接受。LRFA近年发展迅速,不论是单一治疗还是联合其他方法治疗,都有着广泛的应用前景。本文主要对LRFA治疗肝细胞癌的现状及进展进行综述。
Laparoscopic radiofrequency ablation (LRFA) as an important means of minimally invasive treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma, its safety, less damage, the exact effect and other advantages for the patient widely accepted. The rapid development of LRFA in recent years, whether monotherapy or combined with other methods of treatment, has a wide range of applications. This review summarizes the status and progress of LRFA in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
